A Web Platform That Makes Booking Home Services Effortless
Buddy Service is a web application that lets users book household services — cleaning, repairs, maintenance — without making phone calls or hunting through listings. The platform gives customers a clean, fast interface to browse services, place bookings, and communicate with providers, all from a browser.
Unlike the mobile counterpart, this version was built specifically for desktop and web users who prefer managing home services from a larger screen. The focus was on a structured booking flow, a clear dashboard that shows upcoming and past appointments at a glance, and an inbox that keeps all communication in one place. Settings and profile management were also designed to give users full control without feeling cluttered. The end goal was simple: make the experience fast enough that booking a service feels no harder than ordering food online.
Goals
Make home service booking straightforward for web users
