One Platform for Everything a Restaurant Owner Needs to Run Their Business
Share My Dine is a SaaS web application built for restaurant owners who are tired of juggling multiple tools to manage their day-to-day operations. Bookings in one place, menus in another, invoices somewhere else — the problem was fragmentation. This platform pulls it all into one dashboard.
The onboarding alone covers a lot of ground. Owners go through identity verification, license submission, kitchen setup, training modules, and facility configuration before they ever see the main product. That process was designed carefully — it needed to feel thorough without feeling like a wall. Once inside, the core experience spans menu creation, booking management, listings, recipe management, customer reviews, invoice tracking, and a full calendar view. Every module had to work independently but also connect logically to the others. The design challenge was making a feature-heavy product feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
Goals
Consolidate restaurant operations into a single, usable platform
- Design a structured onboarding flow that guides owners through verification and setup without drop-off
- Give restaurant owners a clear dashboard that reflects the current state of their business at a glance
- Build a booking and calendar system that makes scheduling easy to manage and adjust
- Create a menu and recipe management module that works for both simple and complex offerings
- Handle invoicing and reviews in a way that feels integrated, not bolted on
