A Mobile Platform That Simplifies Home Service Booking
Buddy Service is a mobile application designed to help users book household services such as cleaning and maintenance without the hassle of searching for workers manually. The platform connects customers with available service providers, allowing users to request services, communicate with workers, and manage bookings directly from their mobile devices. The product was designed as a two-sided ecosystem. On one side, customers can browse services, create booking requests, and manage upcoming appointments. On the other side, workers receive job requests, track assigned tasks, and manage earnings. The interface focuses on speed, clarity, and reliability so users can request services within seconds while workers can easily track and complete jobs. The overall experience was crafted to create trust, convenience, and efficiency for both sides of the platform.
