A Mobile App That Takes You From Event Discovery to Ticket in Hand
My Impact Tickets is a mobile application built for people who attend events regularly — sports seasons, concerts, fundraisers — and want one clean place to find, buy, and manage their tickets. The platform covers the complete user journey: browse what's currently live, pick your seats visually, check out in a few taps, and access your ticket directly from the app when it's time to show up.
The app was designed with both light and dark mode from the ground up — not as an afterthought, but as a core requirement for an entertainment product used in venues, at night, and on the go. Every module was built as a single component system with two color outputs, keeping the experience consistent across themes without doubling the design work.
Goals
Consolidate restaurant operations into a single, usable platform
- Design a home feed that clearly organizes events into currently live, upcoming, and recently added sections
- Build a visual seat selection experience that shows pricing — including fees — before the user ever reaches checkout
- Reduce checkout to four clean steps so users complete the flow without second-guessing
- Create a ticket wallet inside the orders section where users can access reference codes, seat details, and downloadable tickets
- Deliver a complete, handoff-ready design in both light and dark mode across all screens and states
